Currently, JIDDAX ships orders across India only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Free shipping is available across India on all eligible orders placed through the JIDDAX
website.
No separate standard shipping charge will be added at checkout unless expressly stated
otherwise.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a standard processing period of 24–48 working hours, which is
separate from the actual delivery time.
Orders are processed after successful confirmation of payment and necessary order details.
Processing time may be affected by circumstances such as order verification, high order
volumes, holidays, or other operational requirements.
4. Delivery Timeline
JIDDAX makes commercially reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery timelines
communicated to customers.
However, delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Transportation disruptions
• Government or regulatory restrictions

• Remote or difficult-to-service locations

Remote locations may require additional delivery time.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the
time of placing an order.
JIDDAX shall not be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect,
incomplete, or inaccurate address or contact information provided by the customer.
6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

7. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
Orders may be placed using the payment methods made available on the website, including applicable prepaid or partial-payment options.
8. Delivery Confirmation
Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery and report any visible
damage or delivery-related issue to JIDDAX within the applicable period specified in our
Return & Exchange Policy.
